falsche Desktop Icons bei Systemstart

Ich habe seit dieser Woche ein seltsames Phänomen beim Systemstart. Mein System (PIII 733MHz WinNT4 SP6a) startet normal, nur wenn der Desktop und die darauf befindlichen Icons geladen werden, dann werden alle Icons von einem beliebigen, welches sich auch auf dem Desktoop befindet, überblendet. Soll heißen alle Icons sind noch da, sehen aber alle gleich aus.

Dies ist allerdings immer ein Anderes was sich drüberblendet. Ich hab jedes mal einen Screenshot davon gemacht (sieht lustig aus :D ), werde die allerdings nicht hier posten.

Wenn ich dann unter TweakUI auf "Rebuild Icons" gehe ist alles wieder normal.

Hat jemand schon mal das gleiche Phänomen gehabt? Woran kann das liegen?
