Hey,

ich wollte einfach mal in die Runde fragen, wie ihr Firmen für eine Umschulung gefunden habt?
Da ich aktuell an der Vorbereitung für die betriebliche Umschulung sitze, würde mich das interessieren.

Habt ihr euch auf Ausbildungsstellen beworben? Oder direkt fest augeschriebene stellen? 
Bei mir geht es um den Web-Dev Bereich. Frontend/Backend oder Fullstack.
