Ich denke mal, dass der Umstand, dass soviele azubis schon über 20 sind einfach daran liegt das die Betriebe Abiturienten bevorzugen!

.. die möglichst bereits ihren Wehrdienst abgeleistet haben und somit nach der Ausbildung ggf. sofort einsetzbar sind.

Mit Sicherheit. Ist bei uns mittlerweile auch so! Hab ich nochmal Glück gehabt :D
