Probleme mit dem Ausruck von Mails (Outlook 2000)

Hallo,

das Problem ist, dass sich erhaltene Mails nicht so ausdrucken lassen wie es in der Seitenanschicht dargestellt ist. Die Veränderung (die ich tätigte) zeigt er mir richtig in der Seitenansicht an, aber sobald ich es ausdrucke, ist alles immer wieder gleich verschoben :(

Wer könnte mir da helfen ?
