Hallo zusammen,

ich habe meine Festplatte formatiert, dann mit fdisk neu partitioniert und jetzt bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung, wenn ich auf die Festplatte zugreifen will: Falscher Medientyp

Kann mir jemand helfen?

Wie Partitioniert/Formatiert? NTFS, FAT? Bei welchem OS kommt die Meldung?

Du hast es genau falsch rum gemacht:

ERST mit fdisk partionieren DANN formatieren :D
