Hallo zusammen,

ich habe eine MySQL Tabelle in der stehen folgende Werte.



id datum          name

1  20010710080000 5

2  20021012075943 8

3  20021101091011 10

4  20030502060210 1

...

Ich möchte jetzt eine Abfrage haben, die mir als Ergebnis die Jahreszahlen liefert, die in der Datenbank stehen.



Ergebnis soll lauten:

2001

2002

2003



Wie kann ich sowas mit SQL Mitteln machen?

Oder muss ich alle Datensätze auslesen und dann mit PHP mir die Daten zusammensuchen?

Mit einer SQL abfrage sollte das funktionieren:

SELECT SUBSTRING(datum, 1, 4) AS Jahr

FROM ???TabellenName???

GROUP BY SUBSTRING(datum, 1, 4)
