Kann mir bitte mal jemand sagen, wo ich das Startverzeichnis des Windows (NT4.0) Explorers (nicht internet-explorer) festlegen kann??

Ein Ändern des Startverzeichnis des Explorers der durch Windows-Taste-E aufgerufen wird, ist nicht möglich.
