Hi,

jaja, die liebe BWL... Im Moment gehts ums Thema Outsourcing. Jede Menge Informationsmüll prasselt auf mich ein, wenn ich danach im Netz suche! Die bietet mir eine Firma Outsourcing an (als ob ich das brauchen würde), eine andere wiederum stellt strategische Probleme von Outsourcing auf. Brauch ich alles nicht.

Meine Frage: Hat irgendjemand von euch ein Outsourcing-Konzept für den IT-Bereich irgendeiner Firma oder sonstwas? Ich bräuchte es sozusagen als Muster, weil wir ein Konzept für unsere Firma aufstellen sollen (zu Übungszwecken), wie man wohl am besten "outsourct".

Bin für jeden "Schrieps" dankbar!
