Ich habe einen Suse 7.3 Server installiert mit Apache 1.3.20 und PHP 4.06. Wenn ich jetzt PHP Skripte ausführen möchte, dann erhalte ich immer diese Fehlermeldung.

Wo muss ich denn noch etwas einstellen?

ähm, warum machst du das denn über force-cgi-redirect? ich würde das raus nehmen und gut is. ansonsten musst du in der httpd.conf entsprechende anweisungen machen.

wie die genau auszusehen haben, kann ich dir leider aber auch nicht sagen.

Muss ich das in der php.ini auskommentieren oder den Wert ändern?

nein. wie aus der fehlermeldung zu entnehmen ist, ist das ein feature, dass du mit einkompiliert hast. du musst die source nochmal ohne force-cgi-redirect kompilieren.
