Woran kann es liegen das auf einem Server mit Win NT 4.0 beim Hochfahren manchmal die User32.dll nicht initialisiert werden kann und was bewirkt sie ?

Bedeutung von user32.dll (16-Bit: user.exe):

Es handelt sich um eine der wichtigsten Windows-Bibliotheken, die Funktionen für Benutzeroberfläche u. Fensterlogik (UI, windowing logic; Dialogsteuerung, Steuerelemente) beinhaltet.

Sie steht gewöhnlich in c:\windows\system32

Zum Grund des Speicherfehlers kann ich leider nichts sagen. Vielleicht ist es ein anderes Programm, vielleicht mußt du dein Profil neu erstellen... da gibt es viele Möglichkeiten.
