Neuere ICQ Versionen speichern die Kontakt-Liste auf dem (ICQ)-Server, somit sollten die Kontakte automatisch zur Verfügung stehen, wenn man sich mit einem anderen Client im ICQ-Netzwerk anmeldet (sofern der Client servergespeicherte Kontakt-Listen unterstützt).

Vielleicht hilft dir die Info ja weiter bzw. löst dein Problem.
