wo kann ich anstatt von Komma im NUMBLOCK Punkt einstellen?

Muss ich jetzt USA einstellen, oder wie geht das?

Das weiss ich nicht, wer weiss, ob es in Südafrika oder Asien oder sonst irgendwo die Menschen der gleichen Meinung wie die Amerikaner sind??? ;)
