hallo

kann jemand mir helfen wie man neu samba version updaten kann

ich habe die versionnummer 2.2.3 und ich möchte die neu version

Welche Distribution setzt Du denn ein?

Bei Red Hat würde ich es wohl mit

apt-get upgrade samba

zuerst ausprobieren.

Das setzt natürlich voraus, daß Apt installiert ist.

ich habe SuSE 8.0

oder alternativ das fast online update für suse installieren

ist im grunde genommen fast genauso wie apt

kann mir jemand sagen wo ich die libacl auf der suse 8.2 CD1 (/suse/i586/libacl-2.2.6-8.i586.rpm ) vom internet runterladen kann?

ich habe naemlich gar kein auto??? (meine die CDS ;) moecht aber trotzdem den samba auf meiner suse 8.0 version auf 2.2.8a updaten und diese wird halt leider benoetigt.... thx

frage hat sich eruebrigt suse 8.2 ist per ftp jetzt auf den mirrows :o))
