Hi @all,

wie oder wo kann ich mein Knoppix updaten?

Gibt es so etwas wie bei Windows ( z.B. InternetExplorer öffnen -> Extras -> Windows Update ) ?

Gibt es unter Knoppix nur ein Software-Update oder auch ein System-Update?

Ich danke Euch für EURE Hilfe.

Knoppix ist auf Debian basiert. Debian enthält mit "APT" ein sehr leistungsfähiges Paketmanagment. Am besten schaust du dir mal das apt howto auf http://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/apt-howto/index.de.html an.

Du kannst z.B. mit den zwei befehlen:

apt-get update

apt-get dist-upgrade

dein gesamtes System auf einen aktuellen Stand bringen...
