Hi @ll,

die IHK fordert für die Doku einen Ablaufplan bzw. ein Projektstrukturplan. Kann mir vielleicht jemand sagen wie das Teil aussehen soll? Oder hat vielleicht jemand ein Muster an dem man sich orientieren kann?

Wenn Du kein MS-Project hast, dann nimmst Du einfach Excel, damit kann man auch wunderbar einen Zeitplan erstellen!

Was du meinst, ist ein Projektterminplan und kein Projektstrukturplan! - Das sind zwei unterschiedliche Sachen!
