System BIEP bei NetSend

Hallo Leute,

immer wenn ich über NetSend eine Nachricht bekomme biept der Rechner einmal kurtz über den Systemlautsprecher. Kann ich diesen Piepton üergendwie ausschalten ohne den Systemlautsprecher rauszuziehen?

Ich benutze WIN 2000 als Betriebsystem.

man kann den systemlautsprecher bei einigen BIOS-Versionen im BIOS deaktivieren

Oder wenn man es direkt über die Registry machen will:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Sound\Beep auf False setzen

Klappt zumindest bei WinNT aber müsste eigentlich auch bei den anderen Windowsversionen gehen.

Jau, die letzte genannte Lösung ist wohl die beste!!!!

Kein extra Programm oder sonstiges.
