Hallo,

ich habe einen NIS-Server aufgesetzt. Der funktioniert auch ohne Probleme.

Als nächstes habe ich autofs installiert um die Homeverzeichnisse vom Server zu holen. Das hat auch geklappt solange die Konfiguration auf dem Client war. Sobald ich aber auto.master und auto.home vom NIS Server hole erhalte ich im Syslog 'lookup for <name> failed: Request arguments bad'.

Mit ypcat kann ich den Inhalt von auto.home und auto.master aber ansehen. Als Distribution läuft auf beiden PCs SuSE 8.2
