Hallo,

ich habe den C++ Borland Builder 5 in Englisch und finde eine Option nicht.

Wie kann ich verhindern das man das fertigen Programm skalieren kann, sprich größer und kleiner machen. Ich meine nicht Minimieren....

Du musst die BorderStyle-Eigenschaft auf "Fixed" , oder so ähnlich (habe momentan kein BCB hier) setzen.
