Hallo leute!

habe da eine frage, muß ein Lastenheft erstellen bzw. Pflichtenheft!

Jetzt möchte ich gerne von euch wissen was genau der unterschied zwischen den beiden heften ist?! Und was genau in einem Pflichten bzw. lastenheft stehen muß?!

Das Lastenheft ist imho die Anforderung vom Kunden.

Das Pflichtenheft ist das Angebot, was man dem Kunden macht. Mehr Infos zum Pflichenheft inkl. einer guten Vorlage findest du hier.
