Sorry, ich bin davon ausgegangen, das es was gerichtliches gibt, nachdem ich heute Mittag über den Artikel gestolpert bin (hab danach nicht nochmal auf den anderen Seiten geschaut, ob das da bestätigt wird)

Anscheinend bin ich wohl falsch gelegen. In dem Fall ist deine Argumentation richtig.

Das ist nicht nur bei google, auch www.filemirrors.com nimmt z.Zt. Suchergebnisse heraus, die evtl. Copyrights verletzen könnten, leider auch solche, die nützlich sind, z.B. Patches für irgendwelche Spiele. Als der aktuellste Battlefield-Patch herausgekommen ist, habe ich versucht, per filemirrors.com schnelle Mirrors zu finden, jedoch werden alle Anfragen á la bf1942 oder battlefield geblockt. :(
