Ich programmiere gerade an einer art "zweiten Desktop"

jetzt bräuchte ich aber eine funktion mit der ich das fenster

"Eigenschaften der Anzeige" anzeigen kann...

ihr wisst schon, das fenster wo man hintergrund, bildschirmschoner usw, usw... einstellen kann....

mein programm müßte nur dieses doofe fenster irgendwie öffnen können

hat jemand eine idee?
