Ich (PHP Neuling) suche ein PHP Script das ich in meine Website einbauen kann.

Ich möchte, das man auf der Hauptseite News posten kann und das sich verschiedene Benutzer anmelden können.

Nur admin User können News schreiben und z.B. downloads bereitstellen.

Normale User können Ihr profil ändern und haben, z.B. zugriff auf ein Forum.

Gibt es hierfür ein freeware Script in PHP? Finde irgendwie nichts kostenloses im Netzt ausser total überladene Portal systeme.

Nö, sind immer mal wieder kostenpflichtige dabei, gibt aber auch genug kostenlose...
