Exchange: Email aus Internet per Web Access empfangen?

Hallo

Mein Problem ist dass ich per Outlook Web Access von Exchange von allen PCs auf das Postfach (T-Online) zugreifen möchte. Allerdings weiß ich nicht wo ich das Postfach einrichten soll sodass jeder auf die Mails Zugriff hat.

Wird das im Exchange System Manager gemacht? Wenn ja wo?

Ich verscheidene Sachen gefunden wo ich die SMTP angeben kann (in dem mailto.t-online.de) aber nicht wo ich solch ein Konto anlegen wie es zb mei Microsoft Outlook möglich ist :(
