hallo,

unser CRM soll folgendes können:

der MA des Callcenters soll im Programm einen Namen mit der Maus anklicken und daraufhin soll die jeweilige Rufnummer des Kunden automatisch von der ISDN-Anlage gewählt werden

wie kann ich das realisieren, habe vorher noch nie mit CAPI-TAPI programmiert

welche Bibliothek ist am einfachsten einzubinden ?

hat irgendeiner damit schon Erfahrungen gemacht ?

ja, sonst hätte ich nicht gefragt ? ;)

nun gibt es ja verschiedene Standards( TAPI 2, 3, 3.1) und worin besteht der Unterschied zu CAPI ?

WElcher ist denn der in D vorherrschende oder ist das wieder so ein Herstellerding ?

Ich hab vor laengerer Zeit mal ein bisschen was damit gemacht. Ich hoffe ich bring da jetzt nichts durcheinander.

CAPI bietet einen Layer zwischen ISDN Hardware und ISDN Software.

TAPI ist eine allgemeine Telephonie API von MS die z.B. CAPI Dienste nutzen koennte.
