Hallo,

ich habe eine Windows XP - Rechner für meine kleinen Schwestern eingerichtet. Der Rechner hat eine Internetanbindung. Jetzt möchte ich jedoch einige Funktionen aus dem Windows-Menü für einen bestimmten Benutzer herausnehmen (Systemsteuerung ect.). Wie kann ich das unter XP realisieren?

Desweiteren kennt vielleicht jemand ein gutes Programm, mit dem man das Surfverhalten überwachen kann? Mit überwachen meine ich, dass Sexseeiten, Gewalttätige Seiten u.ä. geblockt werden.
