Hi folgende Frage:

Kann ich den neuen Intel Prescott 2,8 GHz auf einem ASUS P4C800 und einem Coba 350W ATX P-PFC Netzteil betreiben ?

In den Infos steht immer drinne das man für den Prescott folgendes benötigt:

Diese CPU benötigt ein Sockel 478 Mainboard sowie ein spezielles Netzteil

nach ATX 2.03 Spezifikation.

Ist das Coba Netzteil nun dafür geeignet ?

Die ATX 2.03-Spezifikation schreibt im Wesentlichen nur vor, dass es einen 4-Pin-Stromstecker, der im Quadrat angeordnet ist, gibt, weil P4-Boards diesen zwingend benötigen. Wenn das Netzteil diesen Stecker hat, dann sollte das funktionieren.

Es sollte auch auf dem Aufkleber auf dem Netzteil stehen, nach welcher ATX-Spezifikation das Netzteil gefertigt wurde.
