Das hängt davon ab, in wessen Zuständigkeitsbereich die Region liegt, in der die IP-Adresse registriert wurde. denic ist nur für einen Teil zuständig. Eine brauchbare Meta-Suchmaschine ist http://www.allwhois.com/ Ansonsten kannst Du bei den lokalen RIRs nachschauen:
