Hi!

Hab mir ne 160GB Platte gekauft, die im BIOS auch mit der vollen Grösse erkannt wird. Im Windows Setup stehen mir aber nur ca. 130 GB zur verfügung. Hab auch schon mit Partition Magic mal geschaut, ob das vielleicht was hilft. Negativ.

Komm da absolut nicht weiter.

Mainboard: ASUS P4P8 SE

Platte: Seagate ST3160021A (IDE)

Hm, also ich kenn das von Maxtor-Platten....

Dafür gibt es dann auf der Maxtor-Seite ein Tool, dass das Problem beseitigt...

Hier mal ein Link (Klick mich!) zu Deiner Platte, einfach mal stöbern, Diagnostic_Tool runterladen oder die Installationssoftware...
