MS Installer 2.0 unter XP defekt

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe momentan ein kleines Problem. Ich habe einen Rechner mit XP pro, da ist ja der MS Installer 2.0 schon dabei. Jetzt will ich auf dem Rechner ein neues Programm installieren da bekomm ich die Fehlermeldung. Installer konnte nicht gestartet werden, entweder befinden sie sich im Abgesichertem Modus óder der Installer ist nicht OK. Der Dienst ist gestartet, ich hab ihn auch von Hand nochmal neu gestartet. Die Startart ist Automatisch. Am Profile kann es auch nicht liegen da ich es uter zwei Profilen probiert habe. Der Installer von MS für NT/W2K funktioniert nicht. An der CD liegt es auch nicht, auf einem anderen Rechner funzt es ja. hmmm momentan bin ich ratlos. Die Repair will ich nicht unbedingt drüber laufen lassen. Ach hab ich fast vergessen, im Abgesichertem Modus bin ich auch nicht.

Ich hoffe mir kann jemand helfen
