Kann ich auf meinen Linux Client Anfragen an DNS Server und Antworten vom DNS Server Loggen?

Falls Du den zu fragenden Server unter Deiner Kontrolle hast kannst Du's dort einstellen. Falls nicht kannst Du auf dem Client einen Packetsniffer wie z.B. tcpdump starten und das Ergebnis in eine Datei schreiben lassen. Das würde z.B. mit folgendem Aufruf funktionieren: 

tcpdump -nvvps0 -iany -w/tmp/dump port 53
