wofür ist das programm windows 2000 support tools zuständig? was kann man damit machen?

Wie der Name schon sagt ist das eine Sammlung von Tools die die Verwaltung und den Support einer Windows 2000 Umgebung erleichtern.

Es besteht also aus mehreren Programmen zur Systemverwaltung. So sind z.B. zusätzliche Snap-Ins enthalten oder Kommandozeilen basierte utilitys.

Als Beispiel etwa die Kill.exe mit der man einzelne Prozesse abschiessen kann. Im Gegensatz zum TaskManager kann man mit diesem Kommandozeilen-Programm jeden Prozess beenden.

Am besten mal downloaden, installieren und ein bisschen rumspielen (auf einem nicht produktiven System).
