Gibt es bei Mysql-Abfragen eigentlich ein Jokerzeichen?

ich habe das Problem das in einer Zelle mehrere Zahlen stehen. Es soll nur die erste Zahl richtig sein, der rest ist egal.

Wenn ich es so mache:

201* funktioniert es leider nicht so wie ich es gerne hätte!

was muss man den da machen?

select COUNT(id) AS Vereinssume from zuspaet_gem where paarung = '209*'
