weiß jemand grad im Kopf den Befehl wie man mit winXP alle Verbindungen auflisten kann?

da gabs doch mal nen dos-befehl da wurden die alle angezeigt mit "listening" "recieving" etc.

der befehl is mir grad entfallen...

naja is ja auch bissl früh am morgen.

wäre nett wenns jemand weiß.
