Tooltips hinter Windows XP Taskleiste

Bei mir sind die Tooltips der Symbole auf der Schnellstartleiste immer nur hinter der Taskleiste zu sehen bzw. werden von dieser verdeckt. Auch das Datum, wenn ich den Mauszeiger auf der Uhrzeit lasse, erscheint hinter der Taskleiste.

Gibt es ne Möglichkeit das korrekt darzustellen?
