Hallo

Hab eine paar fragen zwecks PST und OST

1. wie gross darf eine PST und OST maximal sein?

2. wieviele regeln dürfen pro pst erstellt werden? gibt es eine maximal anzahl an regeln?

3. wieviele emails dürfen pro pst gespeichert werden?

würde mich über eine antwort freuen

Ab Outlook 2003 gibt es die 2GB-Grenze für pst-files nicht mehr.

Ich empfehle meinen Usern aber immer das pst-File ab CD-Rohling-Größe nur noch als read-only-Archiv zu verwenden und zu brennen und lieber ein Neues pst-file anzufangen. Hat sich für die Praxis als gut erwiesen.

Regeln kannst Du erstellen, wie Du lustig bist. Allerdings gehen die nur clientseitig, sonst ist das pst-file ja offline.

Und die Anzahl der eMails ist prinzipiell unbegrenzt (wenn man von der alten 2GB-Grenze absieht). Aber das sind eine Menge Text-Mails ohne größere Anhänge :D
