Hallo!

Bei WinXP kann über die Hilfe eine Remoteunterstützung angefordert werden. Wahlweise wird dann eine Einladung per Messenger oder email versendet.

Ist es möglich das ganze so zu automatisieren das nicht die Hilfe aufgerufen werden muss sondern ein Icon auf dem Desktop nach einem Doppelklick die Einladung an eine feste email-Adresse sendet?

ich kann da das programm "Real VNC" empfehlen.
