Hallo Leute,

ich will das alle meine Emails standartmäßig in CC immer an eine bestimmte Email adresse gehen.

Kann ich Outlook 2003 so einstellen das es immer eine Kopie an eine bestimmt adresse schickt ??

Dazu musst du eine Regel anlegen.

Extras -> Regeln.

Dann Neue Regel,

Regel ohne Vorlage erstellen, Nach dem Senden prüfen, Weiter klicken. Keine Bedingung bei Schritt 1 auswählen, weiter klicken. Dann fragt er, ob er die Regel auf alle Nachrichten anwenden soll. Diese Frage beantwortest du mit ja. Dann wählst du aus: "An eine bestimmte Person Verteilerliste kopieren (cc). Unten wählst du dann die Person aus dem Adressbuch aus, klickst auf weiter, dann nochmal weiter und bist fertig.
