Wenn ich in meinem kaufmännischen Projekt z.B Mittbewerber nenne, kann man da die Namen ausschrieben, oder sollte man hier Firma XY und AB schreiben??

Prinzipiell spricht nichts dagegen auch Mitbewerber beim Namen zu nennen. Ich würde es allerdings allgemeiner halten, so in der Art "Zwei Große Mitbewerber bieten einen ähnliches Service zu 20% höheren Preisen an, daher..."
