Hallo,

ein Bekannter hat auf seinem PC (ziemlich alt, P3 CPU) Win XP Pro SP2 installiert.

Beim Runterfahren erscheint die Meldung "Sie können den Rechner jetzt ausschalten". Wenn nun der Powerknopf gedrückt wird, geschieht gar nichts. Man kann den Rechner nur noch am Hauptschalter an der Geräterückseite ausschalten.

Hat jemand eine Idee, woran das liegen kann?

Man muss bei windows in der Systemsteuerung -> EnergieOptionen (oder so) APC einschalten,

so glaube ich heisst es in der deutschen windows version (ich selbst sitze vor der Kiste mit engl. XP).

Oder man muss halt die Powertaste länger drucken, so 5-10 sec.
