Ich beantworte mir die Frage mal selbst:

Ja, mit fetchmail ist es möglich, Öffentliche Ordner auf einem Exchange-Ordner abzurufen. Fetchmail habe ich getestet in Version:

fetchmail 6.2.5+POP2+RPA+NTLM+SDPS+SSL+OPIE+NLS

So sieht der Aufruf aus:

fetchmail -a -n -r '&ANY-ffentliche Ordner/<ORDNERNAME>'

Probleme hatte ich, den Ordnernamen korrekt anzugeben. Bisserl Paketfernsehen mit windump hat dann gezeigt, wie der öffentliche Ordner zu adressiern ist:

'&ANY-ffentliche Ordner/<ORDNERNAME>

Vielleicht hilft es irgendjemandem.
