hab mal wieder so ein special problem:

kunde hat neuen aldi pc, auf der möhre ist aol software vorinstalliert und ich kriege den mist nicht runter, er möchte mit der Fritz card über isdn ins netz.

will aber auch noch t-online nutzen.

genau da streikt der mist.

sobald ich die software von t-online installiere und ausführe bekomme ich Fehler 166 angezeigt.die fritz card nimmt keine treiber mehr an und bei jedem neustart will er nen capi treiber obwohl ich alle versionen dieses treibers für xp ausprobiert habe.

irgendjemand ne idee?

Was machst Du genau mit der T-Online Software?

Geht es Dir nur um die Einwahl zum Surfen und Mails? Ja --> Die T-Online-Software ist nicht noetig, das funktioniert auch mit einer DFUe-Verbindung.

ist schon klar, der kunde will sie aber draufhaben weil er sie für alles benutzt. das ist ja grad das problem.

das problem bei den aldi pc ist das es ein image ist in dem aol verankert ist. sonst hätte ich es schon gemacht. gibts ein remove tool für aol?
