Zugriff auf ACCESS Ziel-Datenbank ändern?

Folgende Situation:

MS-ACCESS ´97 Datenbank (die Ziel-Datenbank) in der (wie solls auch anders sein) Infos gesammelt und bereitgestellt werden. Von den Clients wird mit einer 2ten mdb (auch ´97) der Zugriff auf die Zieldatenbank hergestellt.

Problematik ist nun das die Ziel-Datenbank auf einen neuen Server umgezogen werden muss. Die ZugriffsDB ist allerdings geschützt, also lässt sich der Pfad für die ZielDB nicht ändern.

Irgendjemand nen Tip wie ich den Zugriff ändern kann?
