Outlook - Mail keine Buttons und kein Menü

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe bei einem Rechner ein ganz merkwürdiges Problem. Auf dem Rechner ist Outlook XP installiert. Wenn man eine erhaltenen E-Mail aufruft, dann steht in der E-Mail nur noch Von, An, Betreff, Text und Datum. Die Buttons für Antworten, Weiterleiten usw. und das Menü sind komplett weg.

Der User hat natürlich nichts gemacht.

Rechte Maustaste bringt nichts. Damit kann ich die Symbolleisten nicht wieder einschalten. Wird erst gar nicht angezeigt.

Wie bekomme ich wieder die Symbolleisten und das Menü angezeigt?
