Hi Leute,

kann mir jemand sagen, wass ein gängiger %-Satz ist, um Sonntagsarbeit aufzuschlagen?

Ich arbeite freiberuflich auf Gewerbeschein für einen großen Konzern und muss Sonntags ran, 8-16h.

Wieviel % könnte man auf den Stundensatz aufschlagen?

Alles zwischen 50 - 100 Prozent für Sonntag oder Feiertag ist als Zuschlag zum normalen Stundensatz fair.
