Jess ist eine Rule Engine, nicht wirklich eine eigene Sprache - vielleicht erklärst du einfach mal genau, was du machen wilst.

was bedeutet diese Meldung?
Du willst von Java aus eine native Library laden - in deinem Falle hello. Im Systempfad ist allerdings die dazugehörige Datei hello.dll nicht vorhanden.
