Moin,wollte mal ganz doof nachfragen, erkennt man eine IP Adresse anhand ihre Nummer Blöcke?Ich meine jeder weiß das ne 192.168.xxx keine öffentliche Adresse in dem Sinne ist.

Daher ist nun meine Frage kann wenn ich eine feste IP hab jemand sehen das diese fest ist,ohne einen whois zu starten?

Man kann nur zwischen öffentlich und privat unterscheiden ohne whois zu nutzen. Denn ob der Provider seine Blöcke als feste oder dynamische Adressen nutzt bleibt ihm überlassen...
