Mit welchem Programm kann ich denn unter Windows ein .tar.gz-Archiv erstellen?

auf jeden fall mal gzip und tar für windows; bei diversen freewaretools wird zwar extrahieren funktionieren, aber beim erstellen bin ich mir nicht sicher.

extrahieren kann man auch mit WinRar, das ist ja nicht das Problem...

Cygwin ist die Windows-Bash :)
