wie kann ich Daten aus Tabelle1 nach Tabelle2 importieren?

Die Tabelle haben die gleiche Spalte.

Der Import möchte ich nicht manuell machen sindern automatisch.

Welcher Befehl kann ich benutzen.

Ich benutze SQL Server 2000
