Ich möchte Mich auch für FI/ SI bewerben.

Ich habe einen bald 2jahre alten Sohn.

Ist es sinnvoll in die Bewerbung hineinzuschreiben...das die Betreuung meines sohnes geregelt wäre?

Nö, das sagt deine Bewerbung schon aus. Die Frage solltest du souverän im Bewerbungsgespräch beantworten, dort würde ich dir schon nach "Krankheiten" etc auf den Zahn fühlen. In der Bewerbung muss der Zwerg im Lebenslauf erwähnt sein - das genügt ;)
