Hallo

Kann mir jemand helfen ich bin noch neu in der linuxwelt und wüßte

gerne, wie man einen dhcp-Server unter linux Installiert und Verwaltet ??

Dazu möchte ich die shell nicht verlassen !

In der UNIX/Linux Welt wird größtenteils der DHCP-Daemon vom ISC eingesetzt:

http://www.isc.org/sw/dhcp/

Es gibt auch noch einige andere, kleinere DHCP-Server für Router und Embedded-Devices, einer ist z.B. in busybox enthalten.

Für den ISC-DHCPD gibt es eigentlich unter jeder Distribution entsprechende Pakete, die sich einfach installieren lassen sollten. Normalerweise erfolgt die Konfiguration dann in /etc/dhcpd.conf oder ähnlichem. Eine Beispiel-Konfig wird normalerweise mit installiert.
